In keeping with one of the highlights of the first outing of the JDOST WEST section, the weather on Sunday, September 10th, 2023 was extremely imperial from the start. In bright sunshine, 24 Jaguaristi with 13 cars met in the morning at the Manro Classic Auto & Music Museum in Koppl.

I quickly wanted to pull out the obligatory envelope in the hope of getting the “rivet”. But not at all, I was awarded the contract, that's what I got out of it - well, here's the report:

On Monday, June 26, 2023, around 9:00 p.m., the majority of the participating Jaguar-Daimler-Owners met at the loading point at Vienna Central Station to load our four-wheeled cats onto the passenger train to Feldkirch.Unfortunately, the condition of the ÖBB sleeping and couchette cars and the alarm systems on two motorcycles that were not deactivated did not allow for much sleep.

"Wood - Glass - sheet metal" is a really original title for this year's spring tour. Sheet metal is perhaps self-explanatory as a lover of English sheet metal, but glass? Or wood? This didn't open up for us at first, but made us curious.

As usual, the trip was very well planned and extremely interesting. Many of us appreciated that by participating. In addition to our Jaguars and a Daimler DS420, food and drink played a role in various ways this time.

On Saturday, November 5th, the participants of the Gansl Tour arrived at the hotel "Das Himberg" from 10.00 a.m. for breakfast together. Unfortunately, the organizing team (Fam. B) and 3 other participants dropped out due to illness, which meant that Wolfgang and Marion took over the trip.

On Friday, September 2nd, 2022, we, the participating members of the JDOST Club, met in glorious weather at the Styrian Naturhotel Schloss Kassegg. Welcome, discussion, distribution of the bags and dinner together, "Styrian evening", excellent!
