The summer holidays are coming to an end. Traditionally, the Vienna Classic Days 2017, organized by Motor-Mythos Bromberger, will be held in Vienna from 25th - 27th August instead. 238 participants are registered at the event. For the team of JDOST it is again a challenge.
As in previous years, the JDOST team is organizing a special stage of the Oldtimer Rally on Saturday at the Vienna Stock Exchange. A quiz question from the Jaguar steam circuit has to be answered correctly and as quickly as possible. The reward for this: a practical JDOST advertising gift and the awarding of the best three participants. Jaguar Land Rover Austria will again provide these priceless prizes this year - the prizes will be handed over as part of the 'big' award ceremony on Sunday.
In front of the Vienna Town Hall, directly at the 'red carpet' at the first special stage, Jaguar fans delight in the beautiful exhibits and get information about the club. At the JDOST club stand, Jaguar and JDOST fan items are available. Tears of joy in the eyes and like water ice-melting Jaguar-lovers admire a section of British sports car culture. A red Jaguar E-Type 2 + 2 4.2-liter (1974), known from the Jerry Cotton movie classic, Death in the red Jaguar' from the year 1968. Also in red can the E-Type successor Jaguar XJS in the convertible version with the 4-liter in-line cylinder. In innocent white presents the not so innocent Jaguar F-Type 400 Sport Coupé - a limited special model of the current model.
JDOST is also represented in the valuation procedures. Team Wolfgang Schöbel and Marion Nussgraber take part in their red Jaguar Mk II (1963) and reach the excellent 4th place in the class rating "Class D" - warm congratulations!

Many thanks to all JDOST Club members, who contributed to your success with your commitment. Organize and carry out a special check at the exchange, look after the JDOST club booth at the town hall and provide the beautiful vehicles. Also a heartfelt thanks to Jaguar Landrover Austria for the Jaguar F-Type 400 Sport and the great gifts for the winners of the JDOST special.
