Wachau Eisenstrasse Classic 2019

From 15th to 17th August the 3rd Wachau-Eisenstrasse-Classic took place. A vintage car rally with top-class cast. JDOST decided to sponsor this top event. Among other things by the organization of a vehicle ahead - thankfully provided by Jaguar Land Rover and driven by Mr. Andreas Icha with the famous co-pilot Mr. Harald Neger. JDOST was numerous this time - five teams were on the list. Bednar/Pfandl (Jaguar E-Type), Kurzreiter/Kurzreiter (Jaguar E-Type), Pertusini/Baumgartner (Jaguar E-Type), Schöbel/Nussgraber (Jaguar Mk II) and Winkler/Winkler (Jaguar XJ6 Series II).

Mödling Classic Rallye 2019

Starting line-up for the 7th Mödling Classic 2019 punctually at 08:30 am before the start, the obligatory driver briefing took place, where each team (in total about 100 teams at the start) was introduced to the most important information regarding the regulations and roadbook. At 09:00 AM the starting flag for the first participant rose.

Vienna, 18./19.08.2018: The Vienna Classic Days 2018 call! Rudi Bromberger offered us this year again to refine the Vienna Classic Days with a club stand and a selection of our club cars. Let's do it!

Vintage Car Meeting Pillichsdorf 2018

The Sports Union Motorsport Section invited for the 12th time to the Vintage Car meeting in Pillichsdorf. From 09:00 AM was the meeting place of the owner of historic scrap metal on wheels at the sports complex Pillichsdorf. Over 150 cars, 75 tractors and about 50 historic motorcycles and "Moperln" took place. Included were three vehicles from JDOST members: Christian Plachy and Silvia Korab with a Triumph TR 250 (built in 1968), Helmut Pertusini and Lara Baumgartner with their Jaguar Mk II (built 1960) and Andreas Icha and Eva Plachy with the Jaguar XJ6 Sovereign (Bj.1983).

JDOST meets Vienna Classic Days 2017

The summer holidays are coming to an end. Traditionally, the Vienna Classic Days 2017, organized by Motor-Mythos Bromberger, will be held in Vienna from 25th - 27th August instead. 238 participants are registered at the event. For the team of JDOST it is again a challenge.

JDOST meets Vienna Classic Days 2016

From August 26th - 28th the JDOST or the team took up the challenge "Vienna Classic Days" behind it again. As already in the previous years we are committed again this year as a partner, making an own special stage right at the Vienna Stock Exchange for the participants. We were again put all hands to distribute our giveaways to all 289 participants.

JDOST meets Vienna Classic Days 2015

The summer returned once again to the 22.08.2015; in glorious sunshine, many vintage models at the Vienna could shine again classic days - simply a perfect weather for such an event.

In addition to MG, Austin Healy, rolls ROCE, TRANS AMS,... and more, went several Jaguar E-type, a first XK 120 many model, several Jaguar XJ and Mark II on the 40 km-long route through the traffic jam-prone city centre. Several riders were not quite up to your roadbook and missed some checkpoints and thus fell out of the ranking. The starting field was by the team Schöbel/Naik/Hobrücker (1st place in the Group standings; 2nd place in the era of competition and 7th place overall) with a white Jaguar F-type Coupé 3.0 AWD, the youngest and sportiest representative the current Jaguar line - friendly fashion by Jaguar Land Rover Austria GmbH available provided - completed and represented our Member next to the start number 173 Hr.Ing. Reimer & wife with her beautiful Jaguar 420 the JDOST at this rally.
